The basis of our tableware is red firing stoneware clay from the westerwald region. Fired at over 1200°C, it develops its maximum density and hardness, which makes our ceramic so robust.
The high iron content and natural impurities create a stunning texture that is enhanced by our glazes specially developed for this ceramic. All pieces are of course dishwasher and microwave safe.
Our glazes are tested by an independent laboratory for their suitability for contact with food.
